The size of the offline map package for a web map containing a map image layer with its cache stored in Amazon S3 is much larger than the size for an equivalent map package containing a map image layer with its cache stored locally on ArcGIS Server.

Additional Information

This issue is not reproducible in ArcGIS Enterprise11.1. There is no difference between the package size when using Amazon S3 or disk when using 14GB of content.
