The Situation Awareness widget does not allow decimal for the buffer distance in the Situation Awareness widget in ArcGIS Web AppBuilder if the Portal for ArcGIS language is Dutch.

It is as designed. Dutch-Nederlands (nl) language uses comma as decimal separator and the widget is working when using comma as a separator.Steps to Reproduce
