Additional Information

The relevant team has reviewed the flight logs and found no image callback during the flight. This means the Site Scan flight app is sending commands to take photos, but the camera is not sending feedback once a photo is taken. When the app does not receive feedback from the camera, this is usually an indication of a hardware issue, either with the camera or the gimbal connector. Please try the following troubleshooting steps: Use another drone and/or camera that is available. - Switch the P1 camera (Camera A), from which the issue happens, to another M300 (Drone B). - Fly a basic survey mission (no longer than 5 minutes) and confirm if this issue continues. If this issue occurs on the other drone, it is likely an issue with the gimbal connector. If there is no issue when swapping cameras, then do the following. - On the M300 (Drone A), use the other P1 camera (Camera B). - If the issue occurs on Drone A, then it is likely an issue with the gimbal connector on the drone's end.
