The curved feature submitted in this issue includes segments that are already circular arcs. Note in the documentation for this tool, under the Usage section, that existing parametric curves, such as Bézier curves, circular arcs, and elliptical arc segments, will not be changed.Workaround
Use the Densify tool on the features to replace the existing circular arcs with straight line segments. For reference, refer to the Densify geoprocessing tool documentation: https://pro.arcgis.com/en/pro-app/latest/tool-reference/editing/densify.htm
