This issue has been fixed in ArcGIS Experience Builder Developer Edition 1.14. It is supposed to be covered when handling other login-related issues.Workaround
The issue is not observed in ArcGIS Experience Builder Developer Edition 1.14. Consider upgrading to the latest version to resolve the issue.
