Additional Information

The custom printing service does not include the Get Layout Templates Info tool, but only the Export Web Map tool. Without the Get Layout Templates Info tool, the map can still be printed, but it is not possible to get detailed information about the layout used for printing, which is why the 'Show print area' option is missing. Refer to the documentation for instructions: https://enterprise.arcgis.com/en/server/latest/publish-services/windows/tutorial-publish-additional-layouts-for-printing-with-arcgis-pro.htm#ESRI_SECTION1_B812E1D7B3BF4D47951C91AD1CE51FA8, and add the Get Layout Templates Info tool before publishing the print service.
