Additional Information

This is a configuration issue in Portal. The administrator needs to setup a url shortener url, if this is not configured the Scene Viewer cannot shorten the scene url. In 10.5.1 we improved this experience a bit in the Scene Viewer: if the url shortener is not configured, the short link checkbox option is not available.
