The Share Package tool uploads a layer package and not a mobile map package when using inline variable substitution in ModelBuilder.

Workaround

Create a separate model containing an Iterate Files iterator and a Share Package tool. Configure the iterator to iterate over all mobile map package (MMPK) files in the input folder and share them. This method does not require inline substitution and works correctly.
