Bug
The Share Package tool in ArcGIS Pro returns the following error message: "ERROR 001147: There is not enough space in your online account to upload the package" when sharing a tile package (.tpkx), vector tile package (.vtpk), or mobile map package (.mmpk) file.

This issue is not reproducible in ArcGIS Online. If this issue persists, contact Esri Support Services as additional information is needed for further investigation.Workaround
Upload the package file directly to ArcGIS Online using the 'New item' button.
