The Shape_Area and Shape_Length fields do not populate as expected when using the Join Features tool in ArcGIS Online.

Additional Information

The Shape_Area and Shape_Length fields are not kept in the output of analysis tools. Since these are virtual fields, the accuracy is not maintained if the data or the spatial reference changes. To maintain these fields, create a new field in each input layer, and use the Calculate Field tool to copy the values for Shape_Area and/or Shape_Length into the new field.
