The Settings tab of the web maps are not loaded if the web map has the Delete Protection enabled and contains hosted feature or tile services that are deleted.

Additional Information

This issue is resolved. Fix is applied to production site during the September 2018 update to ArcGIS Online.

Workaround

  • Open the web map and click Save.
  • This allows user to access the Settings tab and uncheck the option of Delete Protection and delete the web map.
