The SetNull tool does not recognize the Output Coordinate System environment specified in the Python script if the output is not saved to the default geodatabase or the project has the Output Coordinate System environment specified.

This issue was not reproducible in-house and will not be addressed at this time. If the issue persists, contact Esri Support Services.

Workaround

  • Use the default geodatabase of the project as the output location for the result.
  • Do not specify Environment > Output Coordinate System in the project.
