Bug
The Service URL for all Vector Basemaps (for Export) owned by Esri is identical. Adding data to a map in ArcGIS Pro through the Service URL displays the incorrect basemap.

This is expected behavior. Raster tile basemaps have different Service URLs, but vector tile basemaps share the same service URL. This is because vector tile basemaps are the same tiles with two different vector styles applied. Users can choose to apply the appropriate styles to those vector tile basemaps.Steps to Reproduce
