The select_one radio button does not appear on Windows mobile application when the survey is created within Survey123 Connect.

Workaround
The radio button selection appears if the input text color is changed to black, but the text for the choices cannot be seen if the background of the survey is black.
This issue does not occur on iOS regardless if the input text is white.
