The Select Widget function in Web AppBuilder (Developer Edition) 2.7 does not show the pop-up window when the selected result is clicked, if the map service layer of the web map is added without a layer ID.

Workaround

Add a map service layer with a layer ID. For example, <a href="http://sampleserver6.arcgisonline.com/arcgis/rest/services/Wildfire/MapServer/0" target="_blank">http://sampleserver6.arcgisonline.com/arcgis/rest/services/Wildfire/MapServer/0</a>.
