Bug
The Select tool in ArcGIS Experience Builder selects all adjacent features touching the main feature instead of the single desired parcel clicked on.

Additional Information
A rectangle also has a default size if not dragged and dropped. This is the behavior of the API tool.Workaround
In the Select widget, toggle on and select 'Select by point', or click the Tools drop-down menu and select 'Select by point'.
