The select question drop-down on the Survey widget in ArcGIS Experience Builder does not allow the question selection when creating a connection between a field and a question of an existing survey.

Workaround

The issue only occurs in surveys created on the web designer. By downloading the survey to Survey123 Connect and republishing it, all the question names are then available on the list.
