The Select Layer by Attributes tool for multivariable shows incorrect selection in ArcGIS Pro.

Workaround

• Manually changing the SQL expression to: (Type = 'IPS' Or Type = 'Emerald Ash Borer') And Year = '2022'
• This allows selecting features if:
  • Type = 'IPS' AND within Year '2022', OR
  • Type = 'Emerald Ash Borer' AND within Year '2022'
• Results: 2 features selected (2 features of Type = "IPS" AND Year = "2022", and 0 features of Type = "EAB" AND Year = "2022")
