Bug
The Select By Attributes tool does not generate the correct SQL syntax for records with a single quotation mark and returns an error message: "Error 000358: Invalid expression" when using a raster layer which has been joined to a table in ArcGIS Pro 3.2.

Workaround
The issue is non-reproducible:
- When using an in-house file geodatabase raster data, which has been joined to a file geodatabase table.
- When enabling a SQL expression, manually enclose the string with a single quotation mark.
- In ArcGIS Pro 3.1.3.
