The Search widget in ArcGIS Web AppBuilder for Portal for ArcGIS 10.7.1 fails to find a feature when using a custom composite geocode service as the search source of the widget.

Issue is not reproducible at ArcGIS Enterprise 11.2.Workaround
Configure the Search widget in ArcGIS Web AppBuilder and change the maximum number of suggestions to 0 and confirm. By doing this, the Search widget shows results (not suggestions) that works fine.
