The 'Search' tab of ArcGIS for Desktop Help provides no search bar to type the query when opening through the F1 shortcut key.

- Access the Help menu in ArcMap and the search bar is displayed.- Access the Help from Search > Search Options > Help. This brings up the help page and also provides the functionality of the search bar.Steps to Reproduce
