This issue is no longer reproducible in the current version of ArcGIS Online and ArcGIS Web AppBuilder. If the issue reoccurs, please contact Esri Support Services.Workaround
Workaround:
- Change the layer name under the search source settings of the widget and then save the web app.
- The search source layer list of the Screening widget now displays only the layer name.
