The search service <NextIncrementalIndexingStartTime> and <NextFullIndexingStartTime> time value in the indexingstatus.xml file does not correspond to the incremental interval and full interval values set in the indexingoptions.xml file. In the Rest Admin API, in the indexingStatus page. The 'NextIncrementalIndexingStartTime:' is displaying incorrect start time. In Manager UI the search service - parameters page. The 'Next Scheduled Indexing' is displaying incorrect start time.
