The search bar does not honor the definition query set for a layer when queries are applied after data gets published in the Indoors Viewer app

Workaround

Configuring the definition query and the Indoors category on the source feature layer in ArcGIS Pro before publishing honors this configuration, rather than applying this edit to a hosted feature layer on an already published layer from the ArcGIS Enterprise portal.
