The scrollbar in the Add To Feature Class dialog box does not stop at the bottom of the attribute class list of a feature template.

Workaround

1. Click the attribute class near the bottom of the list in the Add To Feature Class dialog box.
2. Using the unique values in the Content pane as a reference, count the number of attribute classes required to move down the list in the Content pane, and use the Down arrow key to select the attribute based on the number referenced in the Content pane.
3. Once certain of the target attribute, click OK and the new point feature is created with the selected attribute value class.
