Workaround

For Web AppBuilder for ArcGIS (Developer Edition) version 2.12, copy the Screening widget from Web AppBuilder for ArcGIS (Developer Edition) version 2.9 to the widgets folder of Web AppBuilder for ArcGIS (Developer Edition) version 2.12.
