The Screening widget in Web AppBuilder for ArcGIS does not print the cached map service set as a custom basemap in a web map on the maximum scale level.

Additional Information
The cached map does not include the levels used when printing the map. The printed map is zoomed to show the area of the input dataset (as designed). This is not the same scale as the map. When the map is zoomed to the same scale as shown in the printed map, the basemap fails to draw.Steps to Reproduce
