The "Schema is out of date, Retry as owner or sdeadmin" error message is returned when attempting to display a registered Oracle Spatial view with the SDO_GEOMETRY column defined as NOT NULL ENABLE, depending on whether the view was initially registered in ArcMap or ArcGIS Pro.
