The SceneView does not load in an ArcGIS API for JavaScript 4.5 application accessed using a virtual machine.

Additional Information
In 4.5 we restricted the API to only render a scene when machine performance is high enough. What we check is the major performance caveat and if it's set to true then we don't render the scene anymore. Try to configure the VM to support hardware acceleration and then try to test the browser using this website: https://browserleaks.com/webgl If Major Performance Caveat is False then the webscene should be rendered.
