The scene layers stored as tiles freeze when used in an ArcGIS Experience Builder application. In the web traffic, the following console error is returned, “index.js:1 Uncaught (in promise) TypeError: Cannot read property 'selectRecordsByIds' of undefined.”

Workaround

When publishing the dataset in ArcGIS Pro, select Share as web layer. Data shared through this method do not experience the error.
