Additional Information

The issue is due to 3.x JSAPI used in older applications. The issue is not reproducible in the ArcGIS Online Map Viewer and 4.x JSAPI apps.

Workaround

  • Add two points to the point feature class in ArcGIS Pro before publishing to ArcGIS Online.
  • Create a hosted feature layer in ArcGIS Online.
  • Use newer 4.x JSAPI apps, for example, ArcGIS Online Map Viewer.
