The red road still produces the route with the least amount of time. If a route found with the same starting and ending point that takes less time to travel, this will be investigated. But taking roads with red traffic colors is not unexpected. Perhaps using waypoints or barriers to force the route along different paths to see what the new cost is could find something like that. When a path on the map (say Road A) is colored red, it means that current traffic speed is a certain percentage lower than the free-flow speed of that road. Nearby Road B, showing some non-red color, might have a lower free-flow speed. Interestingly, Road B might be slower than Road A, but Road B might not be red. It is not sure that it is the reason the first route in the video takes a red road, but it could explain it.
