Additional Information
The route avoids point barriers placed on junctions. The project steps show the point being placed on a junction, but the point barrier attribute table shows that the feature is snapped to the line source. A nearby edge, 177 on the floor lines, has the barrier. The route does not go through the barrier, so it appears that the barrier is not honored. Snap the barrier to the junction source to ensure the route honors it.
Workaround
Ensure the barrier is snapped to the junction source, not the line source.
- Open the Properties dialog box of the route analysis layer.
- In the Properties dialog box, click the Locations tab.
- Under 'Define settings for locating inputs on the network', in the drop-down list, select Point Barriers.
- Uncheck 'Same as default'.
- In the Locatable column, uncheck FloorLines and FloorTransitions, as shown in the image below.
