The rotated annotation of a point feature class stored in a geometric network is reset when the point is moved, despite not modifying the 'shape' of the point feature.

1. The user can choose to move a line feature but only moving the edge and/or the vertex not associated with the point feature class (and thus the annotation).2. The user can clear the option 'Update annotation when the feature's shape is modified.' The risk here is that the annotation will still need to be moved manually but specific rotation angle can be maintained.Steps to Reproduce
