Additional Information
NIM081001 was fixed after 10.1 was released. So the fix went into the service pack.Workaround
Add an additional vertex anywhere on a part of the line not being reshaped.Move the newly created vertex. Deselect and reselect the feature to show vertices.Reopen the Sketch Properties window. The duplicate vertices will be gone.Steps to Reproduce
