The Resample tool does not honor the Snap Raster environments setting when the snap raster is in another coordinate system.

Additional Information

The Snap Raster has different projection from the raster to be snapped, one of the layers is projected on the fly when adding to the map, but the layers are cell aligned in one projection.

Workaround

Ensure that all input data are in the same coordinate system prior to running the Resample tool.
