Bug
The Resample (Data Management) geoprocessing tool documentation specifies that an existing raster (path) can be used to set the cell size, but the error message "ERROR 000628: Cannot set input into parameter cell_size" is returned.

The issue is tested but could not be reproduced in ArcGIS Pro 3.7.0 build 1893.Workaround
Manually obtain the cell size parameter or use the geoprocessing tool to automatically derive cell_size from an existing raster path.
