The repeat_count expression applied to a repeat within another repeat shows '+Add records' after the first repeat record instead of the repeat count in ArcGIS Survey123.

Workaround
Create a new text question outside of all repeats with the repeat_count expression in the calculation column, then reference the new question in the repeat_count column for the desired repeat.
