The Repair Geometry tool does not identify (or fix) all geometry errors which are identified by the Check Geometry tool.

Additional Information

Self-intersections maybe re-introduced on storing the shape back into the feature class. The Integrate tool fixes this issue.

Workaround

Use the Check Geometry tool to isolate geometry errors, then manually fix any ones that are not fixed by the Repair Geometry tool.
