Bug

The relational ArcGIS Data Store backup fails and the error message "Cannot invoke "com.esri.arcgis.datastore.model.configstore.CacheStoreConfigStore.getConfigureOptions()" because "<local20>" is null" is returned. Provide a user-friendly error message with what is failing.

Workaround

The fix is to copy the file cachestore-config.json.backup from the <ArcGISDatastore Data Folder>\etc folder and remove .backup.
