Bug
The Register with Geodatabase tool fails with Error 000622 and Error 001050 when spatial views created in a relational database management system (RDBMS) are dragged and dropped from an enterprise geodatabase (.gdb) connection into the tool's graphical user interface (GUI).

There are three possible workarounds:1. Disable background geoprocessing before dragging and dropping the view into the Register with Geodatabase geoprocessing tool.2.Browse to the view in the graphical user interface (GUI).3. Right-click the feature class > click Manage > click Register with Geodatabase. This opens the tool with all fields already populated.Steps to Reproduce
