Bug

The Region Group tool creates the Link field with the Short Integer data type when the output is a file geodatabase. The result is that any values from the input raster larger than 32767 are populated with NULL results in the output file geodatabase raster.

Workaround

Write the output to a .tif file, and import the resulting raster to a file geodatabase.
