Additional Information
Unprojected Geographic Coordinate Systems (GCS) data needs to be densified in order to complete linear referencing operations such as measure interpolation. To determine what level of densification is needed for a dataset, see the formula in https://community.esri.com/t5/arcgis-pipeline-referencing-documents/lrs-data-in-geographic-coordinate-system/ta-p/1120770.Workaround
