The Raster Calculator tool in ArcGIS Pro returns a Signed pixel depth raster as the output of a Con expression when one of the input is a Signed pixel depth raster and Mask is used with the tool.

Workaround

  • Convert the input rasters to Unsigned Rasters before running the tool.
  • Run the geoprocessing version of the same tool.
