The Raster Calculator does not honor the Raster Storage environment - NoData. The Raster Calculator only honors the environments listed on the tool help page noted in this bug report: http://desktop.arcgis.com/en/arcmap/10.3/tools/spatial-analyst-toolbox/raster-calculator.htmWorkaround
Use the Copy Raster tool against the output to specify the NoData value.Steps to Reproduce
