Bug
The Query widget fails to return a result in ArcGIS Experience Builder; the query operation at REST fails and returns the error, "Unable to perform query. Please check your parameters." when certain values are specified for the resultRecordCount request parameter.

This issue is non-reproducible. If the issue persists, contact Esri Support Services.Workaround
A query request made at REST returns a result without an error when the resultRecordCount parameter is left blank or set to a very high number, such as 1000. The Query widget in ArcGIS Web AppBuilder does not appear to pass a value for resultRecordCount by default.
