The Query and Filter widgets do not honor the Values filtered by previous expression options on feature layers published from ArcGIS Pro that reference data.

Instead of an development bug in ArcGIS Web AppBuilder, this issue turns out to be caused by a server issue in 10.6 & 10.6.1 environment (not reproducible in portal 10.5.1, 10.7 or 10.7.1), regarding the use of generateRenderer on feature layers.Workaround
