The Python implementation provided with ArcGIS for Server 10.2 on Linux is unstable when running geoprocessing scripts which leverages the 3rd party cx_Oracle module.

3rd python module is not supported by ArcGIS Server 10.2 on Linux.

Workaround

Remove the cx_Oracle module code from the script.
