In the reproducible survey provided, there is a data type issue and the pulldata() function is not the issue. The form looks up a string with an integer. Therefore, nothing is returned. The reason for this issue to occur in ArcGIS Survey123 3.13 is due to the fix for BUG-000138199. By wrapping the lookup value in the string() function resolves the issue.Steps to Reproduce
