Workaround

It is a two-step process:1) First convert NAD27 to NAD832) Then, convert NAD83 to WGS84.New workaround now that client is at 9.3 - melita, 9/9/08: We now have a direct transformation from NAD27 to WGS84 that is the equivalent of the two-step transformation that she's been using. Switch to NAD_1927_To_WGS_1984_79_CONUS.
